Care One – Wastewater Treatment System Rehabilitation in Holmdel, NJ

O&M Solutions recently completed a full rehabilitation of the on-site wastewater treatment plant at the Care One senior care facility in Holmdel, New Jersey. The existing activated sludge system had deteriorated over time, leading to operational inefficiencies and non-compliance risks.
Using a design-rebuild approach, our in-house team restored the treatment system to meet all New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) standards. The project included structural repairs, mechanical upgrades, and process improvements—all completed with minimal disruption to facility operations.
By executing the majority of the work internally, we helped the client minimize capital costs while maximizing system reliability and treatment performance. The upgraded system now delivers improved effluent quality, supports long-term compliance, and ensures the facility operates safely and efficiently.
